    Danielle is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law and serves as a trusted adviser to business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, with particular attention to clients whose personal, business, and legacy considerations are closely intertwined.

    With a background as a commercial and business litigator, Danielle brings a strategic, risk-informed perspective to estate planning. She regularly advises clients on integrating closely held businesses, investment structures, and succession planning into comprehensive estate plans and often serves as outside general counsel to business owners seeking long-term continuity and protection. Danielle is known for her ability to navigate complex dynamics, sensitive matters, and high-profile considerations with discretion and precision.

    Danielle earned her law degree from Baylor University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude, and holds a master’s degree in psychology, which informs her thoughtful and client-centered approach to planning. She combines technical excellence with a practical understanding of human behavior, allowing her to craft plans that work not only on paper, but in real life.

    Active in the Lake Travis community, Danielle currently serves on the City of Lakeway Board of Ethics. Outside the office, she enjoys time on Lake Travis and in the Texas Hill Country with her husband and twin daughters.

    Rachel Bosworth

    Rachel is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate with a practice centered on understanding client needs and crafting tailored strategies to meet their goals. Whether it’s encouraging someone through grief, navigating complicated family dynamics involving special needs, drafting trusts and wills to provide security and efficient planning, or advocating for clients when it is most needed, her clients appreciate her personable, straightforward, and educated approach to these sometimes hard to talk about matters.

    Rachel earned an accounting degree from Texas A&M University and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was the Chief Notes Editor for the Texas Law Review and graduated among the top of her class. She completed clerkships and internships at several international firms and the Texas Supreme Court before starting her career in the Commercial Litigation Group at Vinson & Elkins.

    After starting a family and moving to Lakeway, she now uses her finance, corporate, and legal skills for estate planning and estate administration in the greater Austin community. This allows Rachel to focus more on clients, volunteer, and enjoy life in Lakeway, including time on the lake with her husband and four children, playing piano/keys in the Lakeway Church worship band, and attending her kids' many sports events.

    Haley Bullard

    As a former family law litigator in downtown Austin, Haley’s experience with complex marital estates uniquely equips her to assist clients with estate planning, probate and trust administration, asset protection, and marital agreements. She works with individuals and families with sophisticated planning needs, developing tailored strategies designed to protect assets, preserve relationships, and minimize risk.

    Haley is known for her ability to navigate sensitive family and financial matters with clarity and care. Her litigation background allows her to anticipate potential conflicts and proactively structure plans that promote long-term security and continuity. She takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to ensure each client feels supported and confident throughout the process.

    Haley graduated from Baylor University School of Law where she completed the Family Law Practice Professional Track and received designation as a Leadership Scholar. As a practicing attorney, Haley served in a variety of leadership roles with both local and state bar organizations, including the leadership academy of the Austin Bar Association and Austin Young Lawyers Association. Haley was also selected to the Super Lawyers Texas Rising Stars list for 2024 and 2025.

    An Austin area native, Haley returned to the greater Austin area after law school to be close to family. She and her husband enjoy living in Lakeway with their daughter where they are active in the community and their local church, Celebration Lake Travis.

    Zoë Fedde is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States and is licensed to practice in both Texas and Colorado. Her practice supports business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, real estate developers, and high-net-worth individuals who need thoughtful legal counsel at the intersection of business, real estate, operations, and risk management. She advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, high-value asset acquisitions, complex contract drafting and negotiation, employment matters, and technology and privacy law issues.

    Zoë brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to sophisticated transactional matters. Clients value her reliability, clear communication, and thorough analysis, particularly in matters involving significant assets, complex agreements, and evolving business needs. Her work complements the firm’s broader focus on helping clients protect what they have built, structure transactions carefully, and plan with long-term continuity in mind.

    Zoë earned her law degree from Baylor University School of Law, where she served as a Technical Editor of the Baylor Law Review.

    Outside the office, Zoë enjoys volunteering with Baylor Law’s mentorship and transactional law program, running with her German Shepherd, Astro, and traveling internationally with her husband and extended family.

Our client services team also helps to ensure that each matter is handled with care from the first call through completion. They assist with scheduling, client communication, document coordination, and the day-to-day details that keep the process organized and moving forward.

Gaby Stockdell, Office Manager

As Office Manager, Gaby supports daily operations, scheduling, and the behind-the-scenes details that keep the office running smoothly. Her prior experience in the public school system gives her a calm, practical approach to supporting clients and attorneys.

Christina Simmons, Client Coordinator

Christina is a key contact for clients and assists with client communication, scheduling, matter organization, and the details that help each project move forward smoothly. She brings prior experience in financial services and high-touch client service environments, where responsiveness and discretion were essential.

Cynthia Delaughter, Paralegal

Cynthia is a retired attorney who brings valuable legal experience, judgment, and attention to detail to the firm’s work. As a paralegal, Cynthia assists with document preparation and legal support across the firm’s estate planning, probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters.

Olivia Trevino, Legal Assistant

Olivia serves as the firm’s Legal Assistant, helping with document preparation, file organization, signing logistics, and day-to-day support for client matters. Before joining the firm, she worked in public-facing roles, where she developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a practical approach to helping people.
